"They (Ajmal and Hafeez) both had cleared the test before. So I question how all the things changed and now they have fizzled the tests," Zaka said.
He included that both India and England needed to hamper Pakistan risks in the World Cup and subsequently they figured out how to have Pakistan's top players suspended.
Zaka included that he cautioned Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and had asked them not to send Hafeez to India for informal test in Chennai.
